Eddy House

EDDY HOUSE comprises three different houses, namely Eddy, Noel and Vivian. EDDY HOUSE offers comfortable and affordable rented flats to senior citizens while Noel and Vivian houses have flats sold under life rights.

Here we have happy and contented staff working in the service centre dedicated to caring for the elderly. The service centre is the hub of the home and has a staff complement which includes a handyman, registered nurse, kitchen staff, cleaners, care-givers and office staff.

The home is centrally situated close to all amenities, e.g. hospitals, shopping centres and all main roads.

We have a beautiful rose garden in memory of Noel Gous, which was kindly donated by his wife. The gardens have won many prizes at the local annual garden show, and the roses are the showpiece of the home. Our residents take pride in their gardens and many have passed on their knowledge and time in caring for and maintaining these gardens.

Levy includes professional cleaning once a week, gardening, refuse collection and security.
Electricity is billed according to meter readings.
