PRIM VILLA, located in Primrose Hill, Gauteng, specialises in the care of people with Alzheimer’s and other related dementias.  It is our aim to provide a safe, secure home-from-home environment where residents can live with dignity.  Family members are encouraged to become involved in the care of their loved ones and the activities of the home, to further enhance the quality of life of residents while they are in our care.

The qualified nursing staff and caregivers in our frail care facility understand that residents suffering from Alzheimer’s and dementia often feel hopeless.   Not only do they bathe, dress, feed and take care of all their needs, they are on-hand 24 hours per day, seven days per week, to give love and attention and make life as comfortable as possible for our residents.  This means peace of mind for residents and their loved ones alike.

At PRIM VILLA we also provide physical and mental stimulation for residents through occupational and music therapy.  Regular visits by a hairdresser and podiatrist ensure that residents are well cared for and content.  We have a communal dining room and laundry on site for the convenience of residents.

We understand that the decision to admit a loved one to frail care is a difficult one.  We also know that most elderly people have to make ends meet on fixed and often declining incomes.  Bearing this in mind, our fees have been structured to offer quality service at a reasonable price.
