SAMUEL BROADBENT HOUSE, in Potchefstroom, was officially opened in May 1972.

Our mission: to provide affordable, secure and caring accommodation and services to the elderly.

SAMUEL BROADBENT HOUSE takes care of mid care and frail care people in the nursing care unit.  There is a special unit for people with Alzheimer’s or dementia-related diseases.  Lovely flats, which are available for sale or to rent, allow for healthy people to live independently with access to the frail care when it becomes necessary.

The home currently consists of 38 flats and a mid care and frail care section with a capacity to house 10 mid care, 53 frail care and 17 residents who suffer from Alzheimer’s or dementia-related diseases.

Levy includes:  One midday meal per day, professional cleaning, garden service, refuse collection, security, laundry, water and electricity.
