The Village

Rubicon Retirement Village offers the over 50’s a choice of 95 either one, two or three bedrooms, a lounge-cum-dining room, kitchen, bathroom(s), patio and garage. Great care has been taken with the selection of bathroom and kitchen fixtures and fittings for ease of use for the elderly and infirm.

The Apartments

There are 34 sunny apartments ranging from bachelor sizes to spacious two bedroom apartments. 29 Assisted living apartments will be directly linked to the Frail Care Unit. Caring matrons will be on duty each day to attend to the well-being of each resident.

The Frail Care Centre

The Frail Care Centre will be manned by competent staff 24 hours a day. Rehabilitive services, as well as full time nursing care will be offered to residents and non-residents wishing to recuperate after an illness or surgery.

The Construction

Construction commenced in February 2008 and the First Phase, consisting of 24 village units, was completed November 2008.  The Towerblock’s first three phases will be completed by November 2009, with the final Towerblock phase finalized end of February, 2010.
