Elandshaven Retirement Village (Formerly Thomas Hodgson Home)
ELANDSHAVEN RETIREMENT VILLAGE – formerly Thomas Hodgson Home – is in the North West Province in Klerksdorp.
The METHODIST HOMES FOR THE AGED bought this Victorian-style convent from the Roman Catholic Church. It consists of five acres of land, a dormitory and an assembly hall.
This facility was the start of the METHODIST HOME FOR THE AGED – a successful, caring organisation that provides a balanced range of accommodation, services and opportunities for the elderly.
The elderly are the most vulnerable in today’s economic climate and need our ongoing support.
With our METHODIST HOMES FOR THE AGED’s mission to provide affordable, secure and caring accommodation and services to the elderly, we believe we can care for the elderly who are so dear to us, yet so vulnerable in today’s turbulent times.
