Rentals from as little as R3410 – R3940 pm for the new financial year commencing on the 1st of April – end of March 2017. All rentals increase every year on the 1st of April.

 Flat Cost
• Units vary between R3410 and R3940 per month inclusive of water, excluding electricity.

• Deposit is required which is equal to the rental paid.
• All rentals are payable in advance on the first of each month for that month.
• Please note, no subsidy is received from the state for residents residing at our flats.

Flat Residents get preference to admission at our frail care facility when they no longer are able to care adequately for themselves.

Cost not included in the Board and Lodging Tariff

• Subsidy is received for state pensioners (OAP) and part subsidy for pensioners earning below R2,000 per month.

• Family, friends church, charity organisations etc are required to cover shortfall where applicable.
