JACS isn’t your average senior living situation. It’s a beautiful owner-led community home in Randpark Ridge, Johannesburg, designed for seniors with assisted living needs who want to maintain their independence, autonomy and personal choice but also appreciate a supportive community and a helping hand.
Our studio style suites allow for a private suite with ensuite bathroom and private patio and are all uniquely designed and connected to our communal hub areas.

We have the following levels of care available:
- Independent living low range care for emergencies
- Assisted living mid range care for during the day with assistance for daily activities
- Assisted living high range care with assistance during the day and at night

JACS is a Shared Community for Seniors with some assisted living needs and as such we would guide that our lower age limit would be around 55, however we may approve younger residents based on unique and / or exceptional circumstances. The admission process for JACs starts with a tour, followed by an assessment of your specific care needs. We work with you and your family to create a personalized care plan and determine the appropriate level of care and pricing. As we want to be able to provide this personalized tailored care JACS, we want to ensure that we have a thorough understanding of each resident and their unique needs before they move in. To facilitate this, all potential residents will need to submit a standard medical report completed by their treating physician, as well as our health and well-being questionnaire to give us as much insight as possible into your preferences and requirements. This will give us a comprehensive understanding of you and will enable our team to adequately meet your care and service needs. We also have some supporting documentation required such as medical aid details, valid current prescriptions for medication, details of your current physicians, personal and emergency/next of kin details.
