At Berg-n-See Retirement Resort, we currently have a bachelor apartment available within our purpose-built Care Centre. Residents enjoy the privacy and independence of their own apartment, combined with 24/7 access to caring, qualified personnel and comprehensive supportive services.
Say goodbye to the daily hassles of cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Our assisted care offering is designed to make life easier, safer, and more enjoyable—while still allowing residents to live life on their own terms.
What’s included in the Assisted Care Package (mandatory for studios):
• Primary health care and assisted living support
• 24/7 nurse call mobile device
• Daily check-ins and ongoing health assessments by a registered nurse
• Access to our on-site clinic
• Up to 2 hours of daily one-on-one assistance with personal care, mobility, clothing, and medication administration
• Three nutritious meals daily
• Coffee, tea, and snacks twice daily
• Daily cleaning (on demand)
• Laundry service twice weekly (5kg)
• Weekly biokinetics and occupational therapy
Residents are also welcomed into a warm community environment, with the option to enjoy shared facilities, social activities, and the broader resort lifestyle.
Important to note:
This is a retirement apartment within a purpose-built resort, specifically designed to support the health, safety, and wellbeing of retired residents. Services and facilities are significantly more comprehensive than standard rental apartments, which is reflected in the levy structure.
