The Frail Care Section will include:
Treatment room
Nurses station
Frail Care Rooms
Assistance bathroom
Video monitoring
Emergency ambulance service
Daily Clinic
The daily clinic will include:
Application of dressings
Administration of injections
Monitoring of tests
Medical and caring advice
Reassurance
Referral to doctors if necessary
Referral to Health & Caring Practitioners if necessary
Observation
Home care
Home care is provided where;
– The resident is temporarily unable to attend the clinic
– Limited care is required
– Home convalescence
– Is agreed with the Health Care Administrator
