Sub-acute care at Lilac On Viola is designed for individuals who require intensive medical support and rehabilitation after surgery, injury, or illness – but do not need full hospitalisation.

Our modern Sub-Acute Unit bridges the gap between hospital and home by offering short-term recovery with 24-hour nursing care, physiotherapy, and access to a multi-disciplinary team. We support faster, safer recovery in a homely, nurturing environment.

Our medical team includes:

• An on-call doctor
• Dedicated nursing staff on duty daily
• A licensed social worker
• Access to the Cape Rehab Team, ensuring holistic recovery and support
