24-hour manned security with remote controlled gates and CCTV, weekly on-site clinic, emergency medical panic button and 24-hour carer staff ensure resident safety and well-being. Local doctors are available to do house calls and more extensive care can be arranged with a local private nursing service.
Retire in hotel comfort at The Avenue Retirement Village Fish Hoek. All units feature bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, with a number of suites comprising of main bedroom plus lounge. Occupation is immediate and there is currently no waiting list. A variety of units are available to meet a wide range of Life Right purchase budgets.
All units are tastefully fully furnished and serviced on a daily basis. Purchasers may also incorporate their own furniture if they so require. The Avenue Retirement Hotel is walker and wheelchair friendly.
The reasonable levies include 3 meals per day, morning and afternoon tea, and laundering of clothing and bedding weekly. Limited on-site parking(when available) is offered at a nominal fee.
The hotel dining room, lounge and bar have been beautifully and comfortably decorated along with the secure landscaped courtyard to create a unique ambiance. Free Wi-Fi and DSTV are available in the lounge and bar for resident enjoyment.
Residents enjoy clubs of sewing, knitting, bingo, walking, gardening, passive exercise, movies and music. Shopping trips are available at a nominal fee.
