Prices include full on-site 24/7 care from Nursing Sisters, Carers, meals, snacks, full laundry service and access to all amenities and entertainment. Current monthly rental for Valley of 1000 Hills view rooms, per person, is R42,148 net. Hillcrest/Kearsney College facing rooms are R38,976 net. Vat is charged at 9% (Vat rate for long term accommodation). Shared rooms for spouses: wife pays 50% of tariff.
