Onze Molen – Retirement Village Durban – is the oldest in the New life retirement villages group, Built-in 2001. It boasts a warm and homely feel and has 35 units compromising of Bachelor, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments with an home based care provided on site by Durbanville Home based care.

The design and location made it so popular to locals that a second phase development to extend Onze Molen was quickly put together in 2019. It has taken a few years for zoning and land access but now Onze Molen has broken ground on its Phase 2 and is excited to see it go up and create more space for the vibrant community and residents who are already thriving in phase 1.
