This village comprises 112 two-bedroom units (99 m²) and 101 three-bedroom units (124m²). These are north facing cottages, available for purchase to people 65-years-old and over on a life-rights basis.
Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with generous cupboard space and space for a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer, two bathrooms, a lounge/dining room, roofed terrace, an enclosed drying yard and a single or double lock-up garage with automatic garage door.
These cottages are carpeted and feature under-floor heating in the lounge and dining room. They also have telephone sockets and are connected to a central DSTV satellite dish.
We offer frail care facilities at Rand Aid’s Ron Smith Care Centre, just five kilometres away.
