It’s affectionately known as the “Haven”, thanks to the tranquil ambience and laid-back setting of the secure 2,2-hectare property. Set amid beautiful gardens with meandering pathways, which homes an abundance of bird life we offer a variety of accommodation options giving you the flexibility to choose from independent living units to suit all your individual needs or specialised care. 

There are 51 self-contained garden cottages clustered in the style of a Spanish Village for independent living.  These are all rentals and range from bedsitters to 1-Bedroom cottages.  On the same property is a 50-bed care centre offering both single and shared rooms in frail care.

We are part of the established Methodist Homes Group and offers a seamless journey in your retirement years from independent living to specialist care – all conveniently on one property.

A Village Nurse provides dedicated nursing services to the independent living units, and you also have 24/7 access to our Care Centre.

Our eager residents and staff work closely together to arrange a wide range of daily activities and entertainment for everyone to enjoy all around the Village. Activities range from Bible Study, Knitting Club, Book club, Supper Club, musical and movie afternoons, bingo, rummy, bounce, gentle gym and many more.

There is also a well-stocked library for the resident to make use of, filled with wonderful books, DVD’s and puzzles.

Included in the rental or levy is cleaning of the units once a week, garden services, refuse collection, security, building insurance, and a panic button that is linked to the care centre in case of an emergency.

Our well-equipped Care Centre offers care in a safe, serene and homely environment. Our qualified nurses and care partners provide around-the-clock personal and compassionate care for your loved ones. We provide personalised care plans for each resident, which incorporates the Eden Alternative philosophy. Our care centre rates include three nutritious meals daily, laundry services, housekeeping, and 24-hour nursing care.

The Care Centre also has short term stay facilities for seniors all year round.

If you are not up to preparing your own meal, your lunch can be ordered from the Kitchen and delivered to your home.
