Summerley Court Retirement Village Cape Town is a luxury Sectional Title retirement complex situated in sought after Kenilworth with Pick a Pay, Woolworths Foods, Oakhurst Farmstall, Noyes Pharmacy, and many other convenience shops just a short walk away.
The complex consists of well-appointed and modern apartments ranging in size from one bedroom, one bathroom to larger 3-bedroom , 3-bathroom apartments. The dining-room, lounges, residents’ bar, and library on the top floor offer magnificent views of Table Mountain and beyond.
The Health Care and clinic is situated on the first floor with frail-care and assisted-living suites available to residents. What makes Summerley Court unique is that different levels of care and private companion nursing are offered in the apartments. This means that an individual can stay independent in their own space and enjoy the luxury of aging in their own place.
Here at Summerely Court Retirement Village Cape Town, you can choose between three Care Packages according to your individual needs and your monthly levy is determined by the package chosen. (Gold, Diamond or Platinum) Cleaning and laundry service, extra meals and guest meals are available with a 3-course lunch served daily. The basic package includes 15 lunches per person per month with daily choice between two menus to cater for those with different dietary requirements.
There is on-site security with surveillance cameras and access-controlled systems in place. Basement parking, covered parking bays and visitor’s bays are available with two lifts from the basement giving access to the building.
Residents can enjoy sitting in the sun and having high tea in the lovely courtyard gardens or enjoy a relaxing wine evening outdoors in summer. Summerley Court recently celebrated our 4th anniversary and we are proud to say that a friendly and welcoming community has formed.

Due to Covid-19 we are adhering to social distancing and taking the recommendations for housing for the elderly seriously. Viewing of apartments can be arranged with prior appointment and screening. All visitors will have to wear a mask and Summerley Court will provide them with gloves, an apron and hand sanitizer. Only one person at a time will be allowed in the lift. All surfaces are sanitized after each visit.
